Andrés Gómez-Lobo es Profesor Asociado del Departamento de Economía de la Universidad de Chile.
Fue Ministro de Transportes y Telecomunicaciones entre 2014 y 2017. Ha sido Director del Metro de Santiago (2008-2010), Jefe de Asesores del Ministro de Transportes y Telecomunicaciones de Chile (2008-2010). El profesor Gómez-Lobo es consultor nacional e internacional en temas de transporte, regulación y política de competencia.
