    Biografía

  • Pablo Serra es profesor titular del Departamento de Economía de la Universidad de Chile e integrante del Panel de Expertos Eléctricos. 
    Formó parte de la Comisión Preventiva Antimonopolio entre los años 1992 y 2000, fue Ministro del Tribunal de Defensa de la Libre Competencia entre los años 2004 y 2006, y Secretario Ejecutivo de la Comisión Nacional de Energía en 2006. 
    Ha sido consultor del Banco Interamericano para el Desarrollo (BID), el Banco Mundial, la OECD y el PNUD, así como miembro del panel de expertos fiscales del Fondo Monetario Internacional.
    Ha publicado en el Quarterly Journal of Economics, International Economic Review, The Journal of International Economics, World Development, Energy Economics, Economics Letters y Energy Policy.
